Cancellation Policy

Any session can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Any session can be cancelled for a 50% refund less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Any session can be rescheduled at anytime.

For written report sessions, if your questions or topics of conversation aren't received 24 hours prior to the session, your session is subject to cancellation without refund.
